With Betterhealth’s licensed professional therapists,

At the end of summer, we installed a QR code-shaped planter on college campuses.

As students arrived,
the planter filled in with healthy green grass to remind anyone struggling during their first week to use Betterhelp and beyond.

Caring for a plant can give us a sense of purpose, reducing anxiety and depression

After scheduling your first visit, you will receive a brain planter and seed packet. As you embark on your mental health journey, the plant’s growth will occur with yours.

Research shows that most patients see positive results after 12 weeks of sessions.

To commemorate your twelfth visit, you’ll receive a free ticket to the nearest botanical garden in your area for a day to refresh your mind.
